According to Cada’s agents, Top Set Player Management, the 21-year-old from Michigan’s Shelby Township will represent the site at the final table Nov. 7.
“I’m proud to have been chosen to represent PokerStars; their reputation and prestige are second to none,” Cada said. “I look forward to bringing even more accolades to their already decorated team.”
Cada, who wore Ultimate Bet patches the day the final table was set, currently sits fifth in chips with 13.2 million.
Should he go on to win the 2009 Main Event, he would surpass 2008 champion and Team PokerStars Pro Peter Eastgate as the youngest player ever to win the WSOP Main Event.
Cada played at the WPT Legends of Poker last week and told PokerListings he plans to play at least EPT Barcelona and the WSOPE in advance of the Main Event final.
“I’m just going to continue to play and go to a bunch of tournaments trying to stay sharp,” he said.
November Niners Eric Buchman (2nd in chips) and Kevin Schaffel (6th in chips) will also represent PokerStars at the final table.
